Note the triceps brahii form and function (by the attachments of the 3 heads). Note the radial nerve and deep brachial artery artery in the spiral groove. Note you must cut open the lateral head to see this relationship since the radial artery and nerve are against the bone. Note the anconeus travels from the lateral epicondyle to the ulna.
