Comments

  • Please move the PT further superior so that the femoral ring is clearly inferior.
  • Better. I imagine the C shapped bony landmark is the PT? It looks like the IL is missing the PT to the superior side. I am thinking about the definition of a femoral hernia (low lateral at FR) vs a inquinal hernia (high medial at SR) in relation to the pubic tubercle.
  • There is a contour of the IN that diverges superior and medial. This might be treated as an intercrual fiber. Perhaps there could be a defined pubic tubercle making it clear that the superficial ring is medial and superior to the pubic tubercle. As currently shown, the lacunar ligament is not shown have the best relationship to the superficial ring. The superficial ring needs to be superior to the pubic crest. I need to get Daddy Elmo out of the box. I could then draw on the illustration and save snapshots.
